Difficulty using my HTC sensation hotspot

I have tried connecting to lap top. Laptop telling me that I'm connected to hotspot and that the connection is excellent tbut can't open any pages. When this fails I get a dialogue box saying something about checking with my network or that its fireball but eveything is connected from what I see. And have looked into…
