I just dropped all the forms and application into the motor tax office, how long will it be roughly until they send me my learners permit?

About 3 - 5 working days I'd say.It varies between motor tax offices though, but I'd say thats about average.

It's been 3 weeks now and they still haven't sent it out to me? What should I do? Thanks.

That's not an unusual amount of time tbh. Recently, permits in Louth were taking 10 weeks!!

Give them a call to see can you hurry it along.
