Are all CO2 cartridges the same?

I am buying a specialized Co2 combo pump from the uk, but they won't send co2 cartridges by post. It takes 16g threaded cartridges. Does anyone know if any 16g threaded cartridge will fit it or am I going to have to source specialized ones for it?

If you want your pump and cartridges to match, then yes.

If you just want to pump up your tyres, then no.
