Hey guys, there is 4 of us looking to move up to limerick next year for college at UL but have been unable to find any kind of suitable house to rent for the 9 months, we have looked on rent.ie and collegecribs.ie and daft etc. most places are either leased for a year minimum which is too long as its only 9 months for college. OR have too many rooms or not enough rooms, we are baiscally looking for a 4 bedroom house to rent which would not be too costly........but we seriously have run out of ideas.........can anyone offer advice on where to look or any people who give advice on these kind of things? any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks for your time :)

I'ld say contact those houses anyway that are for a year and see if the landlord will negoiate. most landlords in the area know that their main source of tennants are students and they may be acoomodating.

List of all off-campus student houses for 2011, will still be the same landlords in 2013
    http://www.ulsu.ie/file/Houses%20-%20September%202011.pdf
Also a map so you know how far from the University each estate is,

Best bet is do a lot of a ringing and call up to Limerick for a day to view houses. It is very hit and miss.... Some terrible and expensive, some terrible and cheap, some good and cheap, some in between.
