Where to buy a middle ring

    lads can anyone tell me where I can pick up a middle ring for a TruVativ Touro 3.2 30/39/50 cranks. I have a scr 2 2009 triple and plan on upgrading next year so I don't want to replace the full set if I can help it as it looks straight forward enough to swap it out if I can source one.

    I have a Giant SCR 3.0 with the same chainset - just replaced the 50T & 39T at the LBS - you might want to consider the same, as the 50t is probably worn as well (unless you've already replaced this recently, of course!) Set me back about 60 quid from memory for both fitted. Fitted BBB chain rings - check the bolt circle diameter (BCD) of the one's on the bike - mine are 130mm, think its the same as yours.

    Shoud be able to pick up at a decent LBS, or online at the usual suspects (CRC / wiggle)

    In saying that, you might pick up a compatible Tiagra triple chainset with a new bottom bracket for not much more. Worth bearing in mind? http://www.cyclesuperstore.ie/shop/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=77&idproduct=12164 - this should be compatible.

    Cheers for that,
    The big ring is ok at the moment so it's only the middle ring that needs to be swapped and seeing as it should only be around 20/25 quid for that I'd rather not swap out everything for that.
