new to mac automator tutorial

Hi guys recently got a mac and just wondering has anyone a link to a tutorial for automator ? ,think i understand the basics of it just wondering what it can do for me ? thanks

That's the official 101 on Automator.

Loads of other 3rd party collections but it really depends what you want it to do as it can interact with most of the apps

Thanks that's a pretty handy tool never knew it could do so much
