Little Girl with "Fragile" Teeth

My 6 year old daughter has all her teeth with very little enamel. Her teeth are then very fragile where some teeth seem worn and some have brownish stains. This happens even though we brush her teeth every day many times a day.

As she only had baby teeth until not too long ago her dentist wanted to wait for later teeth to come before doing anything about it. There was some hope that the later teeth would have more enamel but unfortunately this does not seem to be the case.

Would any of you have suggestions on what I can do to help my little girl? Are there any dentists specialized in this type of case? Do you know of any related treatments?

    Any help is appreciated!

Yes, a "paediatric dentist" would be best placed to make a definitive diagnosis& formulate a treatment plan. They are trained as dentists (5 years)& have undergone a further 3 year fulltime postgraduate course in childrens' dentistry.
