    Hi there,

    I'm currently living in a 2 bed flat in Fairview Dublin 3, it's a fixed one year lease up on 9th September, but as I have just received an offer of work in Kerry I have to leave early. My flat mate has also decided to move on.

    Flat is in good area, directly opposite Fairview Park, close to good shops and really good local restaurants, nearby Clontarf - coast, gym and clontarf dart station 5 mins away.

    Also buses into town and southside every few minutes right outside the door, no traffic noise in flat at all, its at the back of the house. Very quiet!

    Rent is 775 per month. Bills are electricity and bins only (+optional upc.)

    So to sum up I need to sublet the flat, 2 bed, kitchen/sittingroom, from June 9th until September 9th - my lease is up then, obviously at that point you could stay on or leave.
