INTRA - Are you obliged to click the confirm button when you get an interview?

I applied for one of those last minute job offers so I'll probably get interviewed for it. It'd be best if I didn't get this job though. I know that if you don't show up for an interview, you get your INTRA account suspended and the whole of DCU gets suspended by that company but what happens if you just don't confirm the interview? Do you still get your account suspended?

If an interview shows up on your page you have to go to it. If there's a genuine reason for ít not being suitable then get in touch with the Intra office. If you applied for it you are pretty much screwed though.

If you really don't want the job but have to go to the interview just screw up the interview... act extremely nervous, interrupt the person a lot, maybe swear a couple of times, that sort of thing. :o

Be very careful not to go over the top if you go down the messing it up on purpose route - if they can obviously tell you are doing it on purpose they could easily relay it back to DCU who won't look on it very kindly!

I don't have to try hard to do that lol. Then again, when I don't want a job I usually end up doing a brilliant interview. I got in touch with INTRA and they sorted things out for me, were very understanding about it.
