Medical Card-Doctor

    Hiya!

    I got a medical card a couple of months ago.

    I got my GP in cork to sign and his name is on the card.

    I have moved to dublin just recently.

    I am wondering can I attend a doctor in Dublin using this medical card?

    Do I have to reapply with a new GP?

    Your new GP will have a form for you to fill in,you will just be changing doctors not reapplying for your medical card.
