Any boardsie have a folder they accidentally bought and don't use who want to sell it? I've checked all the sites and haven't found anything so thought I'd post here. Before anyone suggests I should get a proper bike I do have one already. This is for taking on the train so needs to fold up and go in a bag.
I've checked adverts done deal gumtree and buy and sell etc. so posting links although appreciated isn't necessary.
    Anyone?
    Budget 200-300

I got a basic Brompton via adverts at a very reasonable price. You can get NEW branded ones using e-bay.co.uk, or any bike shop near the place. you can get a 50% discount payable in a year via salary deduction ( depends on your employer)on the work to bike scheme of the govt.. Bromptons are made of sturdy steel but weigh only 10kilos, you can get a alum foldie, the popular ones are the Dahon which starts@ 500 quid - 1500.

Folders are good for transport via train, they have their own bags too and you can store them under at your workplace table.

    Good luck !

How lightweight does it have to be?
I have a Giant folder, bought 3 years ago (for a cyclist!), never used still in the bag, but its heavy.
