Interview coming up - what to wear?

OK I did a search on this and the general consensus is to suit up,

however I have an interview for a activity leader summer job which an English school for foreign students, the role is bringing students on trips, playing football, activities, ect.

Ad says, being enthusiastic/fun ect required.

I always wear a suit to a job interview, but with this I'm worried I'll come across as too serious and not the fun person they're looking for.

But at the same time I'm worried if I dress too casual, they'll think I'm not that bothered.

    Any tips?

Ad says pay rates are competitive so I'm leaning towards suit.
