    Is it flicking like mad for anyone else (in the the NW), picture to black screen and back, every second repeatedly.

    All other stations okay.

    On Anolouge btw.

    Could you not have put more detail in the thread title - like 'RTE2 analogue problems in the NW?' it might help in getting a response

    There was I assuming this was a thread about the SD-only MPEG4 receivers not able to display RTE2 digital!

    Is the sound also going off with the picture?

    Does your TV show 'snow' or a black screen when there is no TV signal received (like when you plug aerial out?)

    If yes can you disable this black picture mute in the setup menu and if you can see what happens with RTE2 then?

    In answer to your question, its a totally balck screen with no sound.

    Looks like RTE have fixed the issue.

    Had the same problem here yesterday and today after 6pm. Makes it impossible to watch anything.
