thing this: http://www.mybluefin.co.uk/ ..know lots of lads(fords enthusiastics) they have it and they are very happy with it-better fuel consumtion and more power without risk of any damage of turbo or injectors. Dont get any 'remapers' for tdci engine. Bluefin is the best for fords diesels!!

jesus £399 is a bit pricey but 21 extra bhp nearly a fifth of an increase . whats to stop a few lads who own focuses pooling together and using it on each of their own cars or buying it using it and sell it straigth away

The first time its used it codes itself to the cars ecu, can't be used on another car after that. It can be reset by superchips but it costs a lot.

I had the unit for a 1.8tdci focus 115bhp. Car made 139bhp with it and a k&n filter, 117bhp with just the filter.

So a generic black box with a generic map on it is better than someone putting your car up on rollers and tailoring the remap to your car? I doubt it.

Bluefin is made exactly for your engine.. never heard about problems with it..never!! check focus forums in uk or germany.. everyone happy. And another advantage.. if u dont want it, just plug in and you're back on old settings. I have bad experience with one tuning company.. year ago they fcuked my ecu. Not everyone can do ford! Thats my advice.

So they can magically tell the exact characteristics of my car, how it's running, what condition it's in and the octane of fuel I use over the internet all from my credit card number? That is amazing!

read the webside properly first.. ask lads with ford tdci engines and then be smart ;)

I would go with Bluefin or Dreamscience if they do a plug and play handset, it's the way to go on a Focus.
