Quick heel damage repair query

    Hello,
I’ve been upping my mileage over the last few months and it’s been going great, no problems, until 2 days ago, 2 days after my last run.
It feels like right in tip of my heel is really sore. Especially if I go upstairs or lean forward with the base of my foot flat on the floor. I’ve taken it easy the last few days but it’s not improving at all. I haven’t tried running at all.

The thing is, I have a marathon in just over 2 weeks.

Also factor in that I don’t have €60 spare to visit a doctor or a physio, plus whatever prescription charges go with that.

I’m guessing that there is something inflamed possibly.
If I went to a pharmacy and asked for something with ibuprofen would it make a difference?
