I have this trainer, got it a few months ago. It seems fine, never had any trouble with it, and its not particularly loud. It gives a good variation of resistance with 5 settings and a bar mounted adjuster. Its easy to put together too.
You will need to switch to a fully metal quick release skewer, if you dont already have one(theres one supplied with the trainer in case you dont).

Getting the bike onto it can be a bit fiddely sometimes, but its not hard

Yep, ive used one the last two winters and its been grand.

You might have to cut the supplied skewer if its for a road bike but its only a few mm and easily done.
Think its meant to fit either road or mtb wheels but mine was too long...

If you haven't used a turbo before, youll probably want to pick up a spare rear wheel and a turbo tyre, but that applies to all turbos, not just this one.

same trainer available in wiggle, if you want to read the reviews.

Was cheaper on wiggle last year (120ish?), but if you have an AXA card or know someone who has you can knock 15% (I think, maybe its 10%) off at Halfords? cheep cheep
