Noise (interference) on Philips TV

    Hi. I have a Philips 32" TV. Over 2-3 years old. Model is 32PFL5604H1 12. I've recently noticed a lot of background noise (sounds like interference) particularly when the volume is low. I have UPC and disconnected and reconnected cables as well as moving the modem around, but none of this helps.
    Would be great to hear any ideas or comments
