    When is the superlevey fine coming out of our milk cheques?? Or how much will it be does anyone know?

    Approx 28c a litre but each processor differs in when they deduct. Best bet is give them a call

    people who are under 70,000 gls,did ye pay much superlevy last year and how much "free"quota did ye get you get

    Just slightly under 70k gallons and paid no superlevy last year.I didnt get any free quota but did get tempoary leasing of 14500 litres at 1 centand i needed all bar about 2000 ltrs of it.Wouldnt be too worried bourt superlevy this year and country is about 2 and a half percent under quota at the moment and our coop arrabawn is looking for all the milk it can get this back end.But saying that superlevy will continue to be anissue till 2015 as everyone is gearing up to produce more and bringing in more heifers,Our only saving grace this year if u could call it that was the weather which put a serious dent on production if we hada good grass growing year we would of been in a simillar position to last year when loads of lads whrer on once a day or had dried off to curb production
