12 April 2012 -- Version 2 of the Massey Plugins' Drum Replacement
Tool (DRT) is now available.   DRT effortlessly replaces drum hits
with fresh audio samples or MIDI notes all with near flawless
accuracy.  No need to tediously double check each and every hit.

Use it to enhance or entirely replace poorly recorded drum tracks.
Or, otherwise sculpt an already good drum sound into a great sound
that better completes your mix.

DRT v2 is built with the most intelligent and precise drum
transient detection algorithm around.  Along with its quick,
elegant and intuitive user interface, it's the definitive drum
replacement plugin.

The highlights of version 2 are a new noise gate option and samples
page.  The noise gate can help clean up false or improperly placed
triggers on those trickier tracks.  The samples page gives you the
power to import drum samples and print them directly to a track in
Pro Tools.

One of the things I like about this is that as well as having a sample page now it creates a triggered sample track off line i.e. no need to play the track from start to finish.

Downloaded it last nigt and it is awesome. Massey are a great company making great plugins. DRT v1 was good but this is a big leap forward. The addition of the noise gate is fantastic, as is the dynamics compression. As you have also said Paul the offline rendering speeds up the workflow and is deadly.

Got some great results using it to replace a less than stellar snare with some of DrumWerks ludwig samples.

Amazingly good, and the price is amazing too. I'm still using DTM which is no slouch either.
