    Got mortgage rate options for €85k loan 20yr.Variable 4.8%, 2yr fixed 5.65%, 3yr 5.7%, 5 yr 6.15%. difference Im looking at is variable v 3yr fixed. Its €42.72/month approx over the variable. Should I be worried about ecb rate hikes in the near future or go variable? Thanks

    Is that an existing mortgage as opposed to a new loan? Which lender?
