    Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that does hot yoga in the area? Greystones yoga doesn't do it and sandyford hot yoga timetable doesn't suit!

    Any suggestions would be great,

    Thanks

    Hi audreyp

You can try My Yoga Body in Dun Laoghaire. Here is the timetable:

I know Suzanne who owns the studio, I was assisting her with some classes while I was doing my own yoga teacher training last Summer

    I hope this helps

Thanks very much for that. I'd happily do a weekend class if it was in Greystones but wouldn't like to travel to Dun Laoghaire at the weekend. I work 7:30 to 4 so think I will find it hard to find one which suits. Unless there is a local one. Waiting around till 6 for a class after work is a long wait.

    Thanks for your help though!
