Another Ariva Question

Hi guys,I recieved an ariva 120 combo from satworld.ie yesterday,the aerial was after getting hammered during transit,bent by about 45deg and the elements mangled,i phoned up the shop,explained what happened and they sent out another aerial which came this morning,fast or what,anyway to the question,i had a play around…

Hi guys,I recieved an ariva 120 combo from satworld.ie yesterday,the aerial was after getting hammered during transit,bent by about 45deg and the elements mangled,i phoned up the shop,explained what happened and they sent out another aerial which came this morning,fast or what,anyway to the question,i had a play around last night with ariva and think it a nice little unit but i found that while playing mkv files on it that although the picture was fine there was no audio and an 'audio codec not supported' message popped up on the screen.it played mpg files ok and i was wondering is there a way around this ie can the required codecs be installed on the ariva or would the files have to be converted to either avi or what ever works,regards
