How to read a GPI file

    Hi guys
    I've already created a basic POI list by making a .Csv and it works fine with visual and audible alerts.

    Now i want to make my own (SpeedEnforcementZone) file, but i want to make it perform like the Garmin Safety Zone Alert file performs

    i was hoping to view a GPI file in CSV fprmat to see how they make it, so that i can use the same format.

    My curent CSV file is just 3 columns Long ,Lat, Description, pretty basic :)

    I want to be able to have the same type alerts that come with the Garmin Camera GPI file.

    I've looked at GPSBabel but not having much luck.

    i saw that site before.

    i want to make my own Speed Enforcement Zone (sez) poi

    The locations of the SEZ's are public knowledge, but i need a list of the start and end gps co-ordinates, and i need to know how to make determine the speed limit of each zone (some zones incorporate multiple speed limits)

    Column:
    A & B = Long and Lat
    C = descp
    D =?
    E = ?
    etc

    do i use csv or gpx ?
    where do i get a list of the Co-Ordins of the begining and end of each zone and the speed limit for each zone?


    is it worth paying for this
