I would stay away from the american sites...high postage costs and a good chance you will get caught for import duties.

It all depends on whether you are looking to buy new or second hand...

Thanks VikingG, the the high postage cost and import risk also apply to Australia as i am working over here at the moment.I was hoping to buy a new set while i was here as i left my old set in Kerry. I cant get enough of the game.

As long as the total cost (incl. postage) is less than $1,000AUD you will not be charged any import duties in Australia.

I've imported many clubs and the most reliable US sites to use are

    http://www.3balls.com/
    http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/
and an eBay seller called http://www.ebay.com/sch/timtheputterman/m.html

Its a very worthwhile excercise and you will save a lot of money over a local golf shop.

    Enjoy the new clubs

    Hey OP,

I got an amazing deal on a set of clubs in Cash Converters while in Australia, also I found http://www.golfclearanceoutlet.com.au/ to be pretty good as well.

I bought mine from golfstoreeurope and got them delivered to Dubai.

Excellent service and saved me a good few quid.
