Just see a flight EIN2048 after taking off from DUB, heading north at FL190 and is now descending towards Belfast. What's the reason for this flight - just repositioning?

I noticed that around the time of the Delta incident earlier a couple of EI flights bound for Dublin went North to Belfast. At least according to FlightRadar they did.

Could possibly be to do with repositioning of crew/pax/aircraft?

This particular aircraft, think it was EI-DEB, came up to do the LHR shuttle just for today for whatever reason. One of the A319s might still be tech.

it was one of the A319's, EI-EPR I think, positioning up to Belfast after coming out of Hangar 6 after some maintenance, which seems to be becoming a regular thing for this a/c!!
