What is this cable?

Friend moved into a house and it's pre-cabled for the TV etc. At the moment there's two cables rigged above the fireplace beside a terminated Coax socket and power.

The cables are black and each contains a small Red, Yellow, Black and White cable (4 total) along with loose copper strands surrounding each. They aren't terminated.

Is there any way of knowing for sure what the cable is?

Red, Yellow and White would probably have been for Composite AV, with the Black being reserved for standard off-air RF signal or return coax digital audio? One maybe for Component video.
