Best android for iOS like zoom option?

I really want to get an android phone but I have very poor eyesight so my only option is the iPhone as the accessability options allow me to zoom in on the screen at any time (by tapping twice with three fingers) are the any android phones with similar options? I don't need any speech apps just zooming.

No budget, if the prone can do the job I'll try it out preferably with meteor
