Split Taz Credits Form

    Hi all,

Apologies if this has already come up before.

I am lucky enough to be working in two places and I recently went to the local tax office to split my tax credits between the two jobs.

I received my new tax cert in the post today showing my two employers.

I am just wondering if the copies my employers get are also going to show that I am also employed elsewhere.

Would rather not broadcast that simply out of fear that it would annoy one of my employers.

    Thanks,

    John

No each employer only receives the information relevant to that employment they do not get any other details of your other employments. They are issued with the tax credit and standard rate cut off point to be applied to that job only no break down on how these figures have been calculated is supplied just the total figure to be applied.

They may wonder why your credits have suddenly changed but it's none of their business Revenue won't tell them and your not obliged to either.

    Great. Thanks for that.
