Cinelli - 130mm - 15 degree - 25.8 diameter

All are used but in good condition. 20 Euro each

Yes, 25.8 is generally for the more narrow alloy bars and 31.8 for the more oversized carbon bars. I can do 15 for the Ritchey. Will PM you for location info.

Ritchey stem is now sold, the Cinelli, Devox, and both FSA's are still available.

Should be no problem shipping to the UK, say 7€? Just to be clear it is an alloy stem, the face plate on it is carbon.

It's the Devox 110 and a FSA 120 that I have, as per the OP. You'll notice the Devox no longer has it's original faceplate as it was needed for another stem, but the silver one included works just fine. No problem shipping to the US, just not sure it will be worth your while.
