DVD recorder problems

    Hi all,

    I have a problem with my dvd recorder. Whether recording on the timer or by pressing the record button it starts okay but then after 11 seconds everything stops. Some sort of error message shows for a fraction of a second and Nothing shows on the disc.

    any ideas?

    Not quite sure what the reply is about...;)


    Giving this a quick bump in case anyone has any ideas ?

    And with the changeover to digital / sky's newish set ups for saving programmes, for will they effect the ability to record stuff?
