12th in Water Rock in Cork over water is the only one I know.

It avg's a par 5 at the end of every year.

A little exageration here. Averages on the hole for the last 6 comps (incl Medal):

4.32
3.81
4.27
4.10
4.09
4.05

I'd say they're pretty typical averages for any par 3 given the range of player's handicaps who play them week in week out.
