Recommend installer in Ennis to re-tune an Arriva HD

    Hi All


    Im in Australia and installed an arriva HD for the mother before leaving.

    In the meantime RTE 1 disappeared and three people tried to re-tune the box each one making a bigger mess of the channel list than the last.

    Is there anyone installing these in the ennis area who can do this or recommend an Installer in the area.

    which model is the box, and to lose just rte1 is strange, i am in ennis, got an edison argus and other boxes, got an arriva for sis in law. say exact model no, could be a dodgy box, where did you buy ie change it under guarantee.

    sounds strange alright. Delete all irish channels and re scan on channel 48. all should be good then.

    I walked her through it over the phone Ill try and get here to send me the channel list so i can edit it and send it back in order.
