DLC Maps in playlists.

    Im wondering whats the story with the DLC maps in standard playlists are they in them or was buying elite a waste of money I have DLC enabaled from the party so its not that I heard they are being brought in soon does anyone else no more?

    I haven't bought any elite DLC maps on MW3 so someone else can clarify if they're in regular rotation immediately, or after a certain amount of time (reason being in Black Ops there was a DLC playlist where only the new DLC maps were played, and after a week they were released into the regular rotation with non-DLC maps)

    If you play in a party with someone who hasn't got the DLC maps then they won't be coming up in rotation.

    I play in a party with someone who has the maps and he is the same , I host sometimes with no luck then he will try and the same. Playing on my own and i dont get them either. I once was playing infected and got the map liberation and I taught there in now but still no joy for me playing Dom or TDM or other game modes.

    That's a weird one alright.. How long have you been playing long since you got the maps?

    Try deleting and re-downloading them to see if it helps (though I guess it won't)

    Got elite about 3 weeks after the first DLC and only way to play them is in elite playlists its a huge pain as playing dome and arkadan get played nearly 10 times every session . Its frustrating how in MW3 the maps dont rotate as much compared to BO or MW2.

    I've noticed a couple of the new maps turning up in the Infected game mode, it's been mostly overwatch, it most run a check of who has the maps in the lobby before starting. Actually got Overwatch in dropzone yesterday as well.

    I posted the same thread on HUPIT and got this reply.


    only fully released map packs are integrated into standard playlists, the content drops provided through call of duty elite premium can only be played in the elite playlists until the official map pack is released (i.e sanctuary and foundation will start showing up in standard playlists once "content collection 2" is officially released for all to purchase). Hope this helps!
