What is the story with sky on the Xbox ??

I am having serious problems trying to view a simple YouTube video.

I have a 10mb connection so there is no probs from that side but the service from sky is shocking from a company of their size, anything I can try???

what kind of problems are you having? who's your ISP?

i have a ~11mb dsl line and sky works perfectly on the xbox (it actually worked flawlessly earlier while downloading a large torrent file at the same time, surprisingly enough)

    My connection stats

How are you trying to view a Youtube app on Sky on the Xbox? Youtube and Sky have separate apps.

Im guessing he means using the Youtube app. Sky is his ISP. You could try port forwarding. Also open NAT connections on your XBOX
