ATI vs ACCA

Hi, I got my business degree and worked in HR overseas for some years. I want to change my career to accounting. My goal is to become a qualified accountant as soon as possible.

I did some research on the different accounting bodies and job requirements. It seems jobs requiring ACCA qualification required at least 2-3 years experience while some jobs for accounting technician qualification require only 1-2 years. As I don't have any relevant experience, I'm unsure which route would be better for me. Should I go for ATI first and then ACCA or just go directly to ACCA?

    Thx!

I think the entry level for acca is now at technician level - so you qualify as a technician as you go along, not sure if you can do it the old way any more.
