Command prompt in chinese need fix !

    Hi my computer is missing bootmgr and i cant boot even n safe mode,I need to use the command prompt on the recovery disc but it replies to me in chinese and it inputs off my keyboard in chinese.
    Im on windows 7 and I really need to know how to fix this

    When booting off your windows disc are you asked to select a language? Failing that download a Windows 7 iso here, burn to DVD, boot off it and run the command prompt again. The commands you should try are:
    bootrec.exe /fixboot
    bootrec.exe /fixmbr

    You should get a success message after each command
