Recommend an open source client area script?

    Hi there,

    Apologies if this isn't in the correct place. Attached is what I want to find. I have done alot of research and I can't seem to find where it comes from. This is commonly used by many internet companies. Basically, I want to have a control panel or client area where Support tickets, services and billing are all integrated.

    Does anyone knows where to download/buy this software?

    I would imagine its one of two things
    1: a CMS with heavy customisation to suit the organisations needs
    2: custom software developed inhouse or by a consulting firm.

    Based in the image below I would think you are looking at option two.

    Thanks for that.

    I have seen that Client Area in several places, usually on web hosting and online services. Atm I have osticket installed which is fine, but in the long run I would like the billing and support all in one. I recall finding it a few years ago but I can't find anything on it now.:D
