NoGutsNoGlory is pacing 1:30 for Wexford. You are in good hands if you do the first 5-6K with him

First 6 k is uphill in wexford so you are likely to be behind time after 6k but don't panic as the other 15k is very easy- flat and downhill. As Ger says your best bet is to stick with the 1:30 pacer as you won't have to worry about strategies that way.

Just remember when you hit the Rosslare road on the way back you are on a a up hill drag also, just a minor one.

Also last year we had the wind in our face going up the hill, then once out of johnston castle it was grand but a bad cross wind on the rosslare road.
