MS ACCESS database question.

    I have an application that saves to an MS access DB.I opened the database and expected to a see a table containing the text that I entered into the application.
    I want to be able view any text that is entered into the DataBase so I can copy it into a more user readable format e.g an excel sheet. I checked all the available tables but dont see the text..has to be there somewhere? I dont really understand Access ..any ideas guys?Thanks In advance.
