Batch video converter

    Had a google for this, but have had trouble turning up anything that's quite what I'm looking for :(

    I'm looking for a program that can convert large batches of videos at a time, and be able to set the output for all of them to be the same thing at once (or better yet, same output resolution but different container and codec)

    I know most people suggest Handbrake, but (unless I missed something) you have to import each video individually, set the output individually, and then add it to the queue. I've also found a few batch ones, but the the output options aren't detailed enough (i.e. Mac, iPhone, or iPad).

    Looking for something more like FormatFactory or Freemake Video Converter on Windows.

    Any suggestions? :)
