I have to wonder why so many other companies don't use boards.ie/biz/talkto facility. Every time I need something done, have a query or want to upgrade on my Eircom account, the guys on here have ALWAYS gotten it sorted very quickly for me.
James has sorted my house move out very quickly, has been very friendly and polite, and, can you believe it, responded and kept me in the loop as to how progress is going on the order.
