Not sure if this is the best place to post but might have more success solving the issue here.

I have the lidl car radio for over a year now, works great no issues. I always use the SD Card slot for playing music, using a 8GB Micro SD with an SD Card Adapter. Yesterday I deleted a couple of folders and added few album folders, since then the radio doesn't read any of the new or existing music folders from the SD Card?

By deleting off the card it may have created a hidden $recycle.bin folder. This can cause problems with some devices, to check for this you need to go into Tools-Folder options in explorer (on vista/7 hit the alt key once to see the menu). Now click on the "View" tab and check "Show Hidden Files and Folders" and untick "Hide protected OS files (reccomended)". Look for the recycle folder on the SD Card and if present delete it.
The other option is that if you formatted the card you made it into a format the player doesn't understand. Try formatting it again into FAT32 and see if it helps

Cheers for the reply Nick. The format of the card is already FAT32, always have hidden files shown and protected OS files unchecked in the Folder Options.

Did an Error Check on it, found and fixed a good few problems. May have pulled the card out too quickly the last time and got some bad sectors or something! Works a treat now again.
