Just a quick one for anyone who happens to have a chance to switch on the TV in the next while, Ireland AM will have a Q&A and someone giving advice on divorce.

Thought it could be useful for some :)

Their time schedule is a bit off I think, they're saying it's after the break now >.<

Mods, you can lock this up as you wish - I just wanted to give anyone that happened to be looking at this forum the opportunity to catch the show =)

Talking to myself in this thread :D

Just as an add on, and if I remember correctly from the show, the website she gave at the end was www.relationships.com . I'd imagine TV3 might also have something about it on their own website too :)

    I'll shut up now :pac:

Thanks Abi - will add that link to our stickies.
Looking for the section on 3player now - will add that into this thread with timestamp for anyone who missed it.

    Great catch.

OK - straight from 3Player - first time there so maybe a better way to find this.

Abi - that link redirects to a Christian Mingle website...
Think it was meant to be http://www.relationshipsireland.com/

Gave me a laugh though - cheers.

Fair play to ya Taltos :)

I really wish they'd more time to discuss certain issues more. I think it might have been Aidan that said to be careful not to use children as pawns, which I think is extremely important. Parents get so caught up in their own feelings around the separation / divorce that children often don't get the support and reassurance they need, or worse still- dragged into the battle.

Thanks again for sticking those up Taltos :)

Yup - heard that comment - really a point I wish they could devote another segment too - so many kids are just so messed up by this process, really are the forgotten casualties. No problem for putting those links in - if they help even one couple rethink how they are approaching their own marriage breakup it will be worth it.
