    Hey guys.
Has anyone come across Krombacher Dark in an off-licence or pub?
I'd really love to sample this drink.

Also, has anyone ever come across a Krombacher mini-keg?

Yes, several of both. If it's still around your local beer specialist should have it.

Yes, but not in the last four or five years.

I think they stopped brewing it for a while as they removed it from their website but they seem to have it back on it now along with a wheat version.

Unfortunately it seems to be hit and miss with a lot of places. (in Dublin City)

For instance, theres is a brilliantly stocked off-licence just up the road from me, with a large selection of German beers, even special edition Oktoberfest beers, but still no Krombacher Dark! I guess I'll just keep looking so! I was hoping somebody may have spotted some in the last few weeks.

Noreast import it. Anywhere that has Erdinger will have access to Krombacher Dark if it's still around. Last place I saw it was in Against the Grain but it was in the bargain bucket, presumably because no one was buying it.

I'll head in there tomorrow so to see if they have any. I didnt actually know its also an off-licence, i thought it was just a pub. Thanks!

It is just a pub. A pub with, occasionally, a bargain bucket on the bar.

Pretty certain I've got it from Drinkstore before.

It's not listed on their site atm, but think it's there every so often.

Lots of places should have Krombacher dark but I'm not too hot on who would have it on the East Coast. :o Mostly Off Licenses though. Most will get it in within 48 hours if you want them to order it.

Dark beers tend to be slower in pubs and with fridge space scarce they generally lose out to other products.

The Mini Kegs won't be found. Noreast does not bring them in anymore. Somebody else might but I wouldn't know.
