Gap in Patio Doors

    Hi,

We have french/patio doors that open out to the garden. At the bottom there is a visable gap like the door is strained. Any ideas on what we would need to do to fix the problem?

You should be able to adjust the hinges with an allen tool,on mine, there is two screws on each hinge, one at the side to adjust sideways and one at the bottom for up and down.

As dubtom says, its an adjustment on the hinges. However I would be slow to take out the allen keys unless you are familiar with how to adjust , as you may make it worse, or mis-align the lock, and the door won't close or lock.
Suggest you find a window/door fitter who will adjust it in a couple of mins, for a couple of quid.
Try your local supermarket notice board, plenty of fitters out of work, unfortunately.
