    hi

odd question but our US au pair got rejected at irish immigration yesterday and was sent home.

She wants to come back but not without the proper visa this time obviously (she wasn't informed by the agency she required one for less then 90 days in ireland).

my question is that even if she does return, is there a waiting period before she is allowed to return or if she gets a visa for example tomorrow can she simply fly back in and present the visa

    thanks in advance
