Save anything important now anyway, Harddrives usually start throwing up BSOD when they start to fail.

Could just as easily be a virus that fecked up some important part of the Operating System though aswell.

Run http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html and see what it says, it'll read the dump file and tell you the cause.

    Blue Screen of death.

Could be anything from dodgy ram or some other hardware issue.
