    Wish i had googled this website (boutiquechique) before i ordered my dress! Has to be a total scam have sent 3 emails left voice messages and sent text and no response whats so ever. Needless to say my credit card was charged and still no dress its well past the delievery time of 7-1o days. Anyone got any advice what can i do?

    Post split out to a new thread. There's no need to drag up an old thread like that.

    Credit card charge back is your only option.

    I m currently trying to get a chargeback to my visa account from boutiquechique for 300 euro the credit card company want a copy of their returns policy but the website seems to have vanished plus the owner shes not taking my calls nor answering my emails and i m waiting for a refund since april its not looking good how are these people getting away with this wheres the law

    I'm in a similar situation with a fake Karen Millen website I was just wondering if you managed to get any money back?
