MS Word Repetition Function?

    Hi all,

    I am about to submit my thesis for review but I'm not 100% sure whether small sections of the thesis may repeat themselves, e.g. one sentence here and there. My question is: does MS Word (2007 or 2010) provide the functionality to run through the document and highlight where repetition occurs? :confused:

    Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
