plenty of people have, i personally have not, only ever gear, been ordering huge boxes of gear for 3 years now every summer, like tradition or sumtin, usually in the 300 euro range for all the lads on the team and never an issue :) apart from tax, VAT, customs and they have pretty high postage rate i think but as for the gear actually arriving, never a problem.

I have plenty of times and in my experience have never had a problem. I will say though, you must be very firm in your correspondence with them that the gun must be firing under 328fps, anything else and the gun risks being destroyed by customs. This way your covered with a paypal dispute to reclaim your money should customs destroy it if its firing over the legal limit. But, that said, customs have never tested any AEG I or my friends have imported and 3 of those came in illegal and passed through customs so its not something I particularly worry about but always better to be safe than sorry;)

Oh and I might add, only one of those illegal guns came from ehobbyasia and that's because the eejit forgot to ask for downgrade

I was hit with duty and handling fees so remember it was quite a bit, but when I was importing the euro was strong against the dollar to it was very much worth my while ordering abroad, not sure I could say the same now. Duty is now 23% on top of price of gun, then handling fees, anything between €20-€50, depending on how much your total cost is for the AEG

Customs let the shipping companies collect this, so you can assume that you will have to pay.

Take the total cost (including shipping), add on 3.5% for duty, then 21% for vat and then €10-15 as a collection fee for the courier. So expect to pay about €70 on a €220 price.

Doing some calculations, you'd be paying €290-€300, no more, still €30 cheaper than Irish retailer, but, for the extra €30 you are getting warranty should anything go wrong
